Proceedings Issues Papers from the 1999 Business History Conference were published in the last printed volume of Business and Economic History. In 2000, selected papers from the BHC annual meeting, the Presidential Address, dissertation summaries, and abstracts of papers constituted the fourth issue of Enterprise & Society. Beginning with the 2003 annual meeting, Business and Economic History resumed as an online publication; the Presidential Address and dissertation summaries continue to appear in E & S.
